Mayor Lisa Merkel of the Town of Herndon wishes Maryana Gillette James, born, raised and still living in Herndon, a Happy 100th Birthday on Nov. 1, 2019 after presenting James with a Proclamation declaring the day “Maryana Gillette James Day” in the town and thanking her for being an excellent representation of the Herndon community.
