The first group of Herndon High School band members from the Pride of Herndon Marching Band, led by Director of Bands Kathleen Jacoby, prepares to depart Dulles International Airport shortly after noon on Tuesday, June 4, destination Normandy, France and the 75th Anniversary of D-Day.
