The McNair Elementary students were eager to ask questions, and it was obvious that they already knew quite a bit about the subject and were interesting in expanding on that knowledge. They also were not afraid to ask the difficult questions. “Why did you have slaves?” or “Why did Mr. Henry not agree with the Constitution?”
