Ms. Betty (HCC Kitchen Manager Betty Daggitt) has been with Herndon Children’s Center from the start. “It’s my second home.” Many of the current enrollees and those who have long since “graduated” say that Ms. Betty made the HCC a second home for them, as well. Many come back to visit, and a few have returned to work at the Center.
