Cynthia Burgett’s class at Rachel Carson Middle School in Herndon took the State title in the “We The People Competition” impressing the judges with their comprehensive knowledge of all things Constitutional and topics related to the governing of the democracy. They qualified for the National Invitationals to be held in April.
