On Aug. 4, The 4-H barn at Frying Pan Farm Park is filled with hundreds of personal projects such as handmade arts and crafts, woodworking and sewing projects, floriculture, photographs, short film, and other items entered in the Fairfax County 4-H Fair to be judged and on display for the public.
