The Herndon Town Council appointed Tim Bonnett, a town resident, to the Board of Zoning Appeals during its meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 14. An oath of office was issued to him a week after his appointment on Tuesday, Feb. 21, in the lobby of the Herndon Municipal Center.
