On Saturday, April 2, Scouts from several area scouting units assisted with the Town of Herndon's Parks and Recreation Department volunteer cleanup day at Runnymede Park in Herndon. The effort was supported by Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts from troops throughout the Powhatan District, which is defined by units based in Herndon, Reston, Oakton and Great Falls, Virginia.
