Herndon Reston Youth Lacrosse (HRYL), located in Northern Virginia, had a great Fall Ball program this year. We invited coaches and players from the two local High Schools (Herndon High School and South Lakes High School), to come in and do some coaching for HRYL.

Both the boys side and the girls side have had a lot of success with ADM small-sided games. For Fall Ball program they started by conducting ADM training for only the High School coaches. About 14-15 coaches came out so this was great support of the program for about 40-50 boy players and 30-40 girl players of all ages.

Players did all the ADM drills: Messy Backyard, Penny tag, Cross the Pond, and 3X or 3By.
